At NIVOpk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Color or model preference after delivery

  • Used, damaged, or mishandled products

  • Accessories damaged due to misuse

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Please check your parcel at the time of delivery

  • Once the parcel is accepted, no return will be entertained unless a valid issue is reported within 48 hours

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

To request a return or exchange:

  2. Share your order number, issue details, and clear images/videos

  3. Our team will review and guide you through the next steps

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Customers may need to cover return shipping costs (unless the issue is from our side)

Refunds

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days
